Tomoiki Sekine and Yuya Maeda

Tomoiki Sekine is the organizer and inspirer of GINFest in Tokyo, the founder of The Boring Foods project, the owner of several bars in Kyoto, specializing in gin-based cocktails. A popular gin promoter in Japan that mixes it with traditional Japanese ingredients.

Yuya Maeda is a florist, creator of the edalab gastronomic project in Kyoto. Workshops on floristics, interior decoration, creates installations of flowers and plants.
